Anode Electrode Sheets

NEI provides two types of carbon anode tapes. NANOMYTE® BE-200E is a cast electrode sheet of graphite powder & NANOMYTE® BE-300E is a cast electrode sheet of activated carbon powder.

Both standard tapes are cast on 5 inch x 10 inch sheets of copper foil, single-side coated with a 90% active material loading. Our tapes can also be customized to accommodate different active material loadings, coating thickness, binder type (aqueous/non-aqueous), and binder content, as well as choice of current collector.

NANOMYTE® BE-200E Spec Summary:

*Standard electrode sheets are cast single-sided on 5 inch x 10 inch sheets of aluminum (cathode) or copper foil (anode). Modifications in tape specifications (such as loading, thickness, binder, & collector) can be made for an additional fee.
