Specialty Battery Materials

NEI has been a trusted U.S. manufacturer and direct supplier of battery materials for over 20 years. We provide specialty materials for Lithium-ion and Sodium-ion batteries, such as cathode, anode, & solid electrolyte materials with compositions and powder morphologies that are not commonly found.

Coated Anode Powders

NEI can provide coated anode powders, such as NANOMYTE® BE-10C, which is our carbon-coated Lithium Titanate (Li4Ti5O12) powder.

Specialty Cathode Powders

NEI can provide coated cathode powders, such as NANOMYTE® SP-10C (LATP-coated LMNO powder) or Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) coated cathode powders like NMC or LCO. NEI is also providing Molybdenum Sulfide (Mo6S8) powder for partners in the EMAGIC program.

Custom Electrode Sheets

NEI’s cathode and anode electrode sheets can be modified to your custom specifications, such as loading, thickness, binder, & current collector.

Sodium-ion Battery Materials

NEI can custom produce a variety of Sodium-ion material compositions for laboratory research and development purposes.

Sulfide-based Solid Electrolytes

NEI produces a variety of sulfide-based solid electrolytes, such as NANOMYTE® SSE-10 (Li10SnP2S12) powder & other compositions (Li3PS4, Li6PS5Cl, Li7P2S8I, & Li4SnS4).

Oxide-based Solid Electrolytes

NEI produces oxide-based solid electrolytes, such as Lithium Lanthanum Titanate (Li0.34La0.56TiO3), Al-doped Lithium Lanthanum Zirconate (Li6.24La3Zr2Al0.24O11.98), and Lithium Aluminum Titanium Phosphate (Li1.4Al0.4Ti1.6(PO4)3).

Solid Polymer Electrolytes

NEI produces polymer-based electrolytes, such as NANOMYTE® H-polymer (a PEO-based copolymer) and NANOMYTE® SE-50 (a hybrid, polymer-ceramic composite).
