NANOMYTE® Cathode & Anode Precut Electrodes for Pouch Cells
NEI now offers a variety of standard and custom cathode and anode precut electrodes for Lithium-ion Battery Pouch Cells. All of our precut electrodes are cast either single-sided or double-sided on aluminum (cathode) or copper foil (anode) current collectors. Specifications will match those of our standard electrode sheets, unless you require custom specifications, such as custom loading, thickness, binder, and/or current collector (select “Custom” under Specifications on the form).
NANOMYTE® Precut Electrodes are made and shipped directly from NEI and are readily available in 4 different sizes:
- Small Precut Electrodes:
- Base (coated area): 2.0″ x 2.0″ (53 x 53mm)
- Tab (uncoated area): 0.25” x 0.25” (8 x 8mm)
- Medium Precut Electrodes:
- Base (coated area): 2.94″ x 2.13″ (75 x 55mm)
- Tab (uncoated area): 0.375” x 0.375” (10 x 10mm)
- Large Precut Electrodes:
- Base (coated area): 4.19″ x 2.44″ (108 x 63mm)
- Tab (uncoated area): 0.25” x 0.3125” (6 x 8mm)
- X-Large Precut Electrodes:
- Base (coated area): 4.5″ x 3.0″ (115 x 76mm)
- Tab (uncoated area): 0.5” x 0.75” (15 x 20mm)
