The single-component, liquid coating imparts easy-to-clean and antimicrobial functionalities to a wide variety of substrates. The cured coating exhibits a hard, dense, and smooth morphology, characterized by a nanostructured composite architecture comprised of organic and inorganic phases. This unique composition offers superior mechanical properties, including:

  • Enhanced Durability: Scratch and chip resistant, AM-100EC demonstrates exceptional resilience against mechanical wear and tear.
  • Broad Spectrum Protection: Effectively bonds to a wide range of materials, from plastics to metals, as well as glass and ceramics.
  • Excellent Antimicrobial Efficacy: Testing confirms a significant 4-log reduction (99.99% decrease) in E. coli after 24 hours, exceeding ISO 22196 standards.

NANOMYTE® AM-100EC

NANOMYTE® AM-100EC can be applied directly on a variety of substrate materials to reduce the bacteria adhesion of treated surfaces (including plastics, metals, glass, and ceramics) by up to 99%. The formulation cures under ambient conditions.
