NEI is still actively receiving, processing, and shipping orders, but operating with limited staff. Delays may occur.

*04/01/20 Update* – As the number of COVID-19 infections continue to rise drastically in New Jersey and surrounding states, NEI has decided to scale back on-site operations in an effort to minimize unnecessary exposure. NEI will continue to accept new orders and is committed to continue serving customers who rely on NEI as their supplier. Due to the reduced work force and scheduling, orders and responses to inquiries will take longer than usual. Thank you for your support and understanding.

A Message to Our Customers

Although many cities and states across the U.S. have shut down due to the COVID-19 crisis, NEI Corporation has been deemed an “essential business” by the state of New Jersey, so we are still actively receiving, processing, and shipping orders.

NEI prioritizes the health and safety of its employees and community, so we have made several adjustments to our normal operations and have staggered shifts in order to continue operating our business in a safe manner. We will also continue to follow local and federal regulations, as well as recommendations and guidelines from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

With the ever changing news and spread of the coronavirus / COVID-19, NEI realizes that tomorrow may bring new decisions and changes. As a result, we will continue to be open and transparent about any impact this may have on our business with you.
