Graphite & Activated Carbon Electrode Sheets

In addition to lithium titanate electrode sheets, NEI provides two other types of anode tapes. NANOMYTE® BE-200E is a cast electrode tape of graphite powder & NANOMYTE® BE-300E is a cast electrode tape of activated carbon powder.

Our standard anode tapes are cast on 5 inch x 10 inch sheets of copper foil, single-side coated with a 90% active material loading (~2 mAh/cm2 capacity). Our tapes can also be customized to accommodate different active material loadings, coating thickness, binder type (aqueous/non-aqueous), and binder content, as well as choice of current collector. If purchased with a cathode tape, loading will be matched with an anode/cathode capacity ratio of 1.2 (unless specified otherwise).
