Types of Materials we can Produce – We have produced dozens of different oxide-based cathode and anode materials for many customers. We also have the ability to process non-oxide materials. We have a deep understanding of the nuances of electrochemically active materials, particularly with respect to atomic ordering and crystal structures. The particle morphology is tuned so that it can be used with consummate ease in fabricating electrode tapes.   

Capacity - Our facility in Somerset NJ can produce up to 1000 kilograms, and our Kolkata facility can produce up to 10 tons/month.

Turn Around Times - In most cases we can deliver quantities up to ten kilograms within three weeks of receiving your purchase order. Higher volume requests can be delivered in total or multiple partial shipments over a pre-negotiated timeframe. At the commencement of our discussions we will quote you a firm delivery schedule.

Material Testing – Prior to shipping out materials we will characterize them for particle size, crystallinity through X-ray diffraction, surface area, packing density and crystal density. We also have relationships with third party testing facilities, and can perform as detailed an electrochemical analysis as you desire. 

Product Quality – Prior to shipping large batches, we will provide a certificate of analysis to ensure product quality
